We can just eat plants, it's been proven many times that a well-planned whole foods vegan diet can sustain
human life. Many athletes even thrive on it. Here's the Academy of
Nutrition and Dietetics (not even a vegan
organization, largest organisation of nutritionists in the world/US and also partially funded by the egg industry btw) releasing a massive peer reviewed statement
saying a well-planned vegan diet is suitable for all stages of life including pregnancy lactation infancy
and athletes.
Position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics:
Vegetarian/Vegan Diets
They wouldn't have said this if otherwise,
over 100,000 credited dietitians
and the biggest body of
dietitians in the US too. Along with the British dietetic association, the
‘China study’
backing that up and
also the
NHS.
Thus, eating animals is then unnecessary and purely a ‘want’.
All nutrients in meat can be found in plants or supplemented meaning we don't need to harm farm animals.

Plus the plant based doctors promoting it and many athletes that
are thriving on it too. If veganism was truly deficient then why would they all say this?
